3D is the new buzzword and all of us would hate wearing those black glasses all the time to look at something like a 3D phone or a 3D tablet screen. It would essentially feel like you have permanent conjunctivitis There however is no scarcity of talent and neither is there a set limit for the human mind. Some cool guys from Japan came up with a plastic-glass based framework that fits on top of your iPhone and iPod Touch and pulls up a 3D effect for 2 dimensional movies and videos that you would have always seen on a flat surface and in 2D.
It is called a Palm Top Theater or i3DG as they like to call it sometimes. The science behind this concept is to virtually divide the reflection from your iPhone/iPod touch into 3 layers positioned in the same plane at different positions so as to create a 3D effect. What you would see is actually a reflection of the screen in 3 mirrors that come attached with the device. Things do really look very cool when you add this gadget cover on top of your iDevice.
Try it out of you are a 3D fan.
